Problem：I compared the two motors side-by-side and found a major structural difference. On the working motor, there is a proper 5mm clearance/gap between the drive-side crank arm and the chainring. However, on the defective motor, there is 0mm clearance—the crank arm sits completely flush against the chainring. This proves that the main axle was incorrectly assembled at the factory or is missing an internal spacer washer, which pushes the axle too deep into the housing and causes the sprag clutch bearing to misalign and slip violently under load.=======you do not need replace any part, just repair motor as below way

After installing the motor: If mechanical collisions happened between motor and frame, Add gaskets,We will send extra 1pcs 42*35*2.0mm and 2 pcs 42*35*1.5mm gaskets.If you do not add gaskets, It is easy crack the shell and destroy torque sensor.

After installing Note:
The motor does not work when the mid motor TSDZ2B is no-load;
If the matching display’s model is XH18-LCD, rotating the throttle is only for Power assist shift.
Do not tough the pedals when turing on the display power.
